Matt Black Shower Riser Set with 290 x 190 mm Rain Head and Handset

Matt black absorbs light with no reflection. This shower riser set fixes to the wall on a 340 mm arm carrying a rectangular 290 x 190 mm head that covers the shoulders without concentrating the spray into a single point.

The body is brass and the valve ceramic. Head and handset are moulded from treated plastic to withstand permanent humidity. The matt finish lasts well provided abrasive products are kept away from it.

The 240 mm hand shower handles targeted rinsing, and the wall bracket adjusts for height. The set connects to a mixed water outlet — the mixer valve is not included and needs to be specified separately.

Against large-format white tiling or reconstituted stone, matt black makes a clean contrast without taking over the space. At 990 mm tall, the riser fits a walk-in wet room as readily as a standard enclosure.

How do you clean and maintain a matt black shower riser?

A soft damp cloth covers everyday care. Wiping the surfaces after each use prevents the limescale marks that show up particularly clearly on matt black. For a deeper clean, warm soapy water applied with a microfibre cloth, then rinsed and dried, is enough. Abrasive sprays, scouring pads and chlorine-based products should be avoided entirely: they dull a matt finish permanently.
